The Digital Cloud Company is a spinoff of a company with over 15 years experience in providing internet service, telephone systems, computer hardware and outstanding customer service.

Formed in 1995, we became a very successful operator of Dial-Up Internet Service. We acquired and integrated over 20 other ISP's over the years. As a next logical step we branched out into the Voice Over IP (VoIP) business. We spent several years as an AltiGen VoIP Hardware dealer and had numerous successful installations including a 23 location operation with a call center at their Corporate Headquarters. We have learned many lessons from these previous installations and our staff has gained the knowledge and professionalism to provide true business class Virtual PBX Service while reducing your monthly telephone cost.

As technology progressed, we moved away from the location based hardware VoIP PBX System and into a Virtual PBX System that resides in the Digital Cloud. Since the hardware is now based in the cloud this means a greatly reduced capital expenditure at the outset and further reduced monthly costs. Also, this technology allows every staff member in your company to communicate easily no matter their physical location with the only requirement being Internet access.

For larger businesses, our process would commence with a complete audit of your current telephone systems including your administrative offices, call centers, and each individual office. Working with your staff, we will analyze your current telephone bills and contracts, Internet connections, and any phone equipment at each location. Upon completion we will provide not only the monthly usage result but will look for calling patterns, potential savings and current data connections and then list them by location. We will work with your current Internet provider(s) (if under contract) or our own to ensure that there is sufficient bandwidth to handle all of your data and VoIP telephone usage. In the end you will be provided with a complete roadmap of proposals in order to bring your company's communication services up to date and move them to the Digital Cloud.

Another crucial component of our business class VoIP is an application layer gateway device that we install at each proper location. This is different than most any other Virtual PBX provider. This full-featured device performs all the services necessary to properly route your data and voice traffic to eliminate many of the shortcomings that other Virtual VoIP based PBX services suffer from.
